The Maryland Fire and Explosive Investigator’s Association (MFEIA) is pleased to announce this tested training day. Nationally renowned speakers David E. Bridges, Esq., IAAI-CFI®, IAAI-CI®, and Trace L. Lawless, IAAI-CFI®, IAAI-ECT®, will examine the framework for which such expert-specific challenges arise in both public and private-sector fire and explosion cases, litigators’ arguments to advance them, the public- and private-sector experts’ involvement in them, and the Courts’ analytical framework to resolve them. ATF Electrical Engineer Michael G. Abraham will present various aspects of considering lithium batteries during a fire and explosion investigation.

Lunch will be provided by MFEIA. A brief association meeting will be held after lunch.
