University of Wisconsin-Platteville-Assistant Professor of Forensic Investigation

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated competency teaching one or more existing courses in the Forensic Investigation program and the capacity to develop and teach courses within their area of expertise. The typical teaching load is 4 courses per semester (4/4). Additional responsibilities include student academic advising, actively participating in research and scholarship, providing career advising/mentorship to students, and engaging in service to the department, university, profession, and public. It is expected that the candidate will demonstrate continued membership in and engagement with relevant professional organizations. Other duties may be assigned by the Department Chair. Location: Platteville, Wisconsin
Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience
