IAAI-Training Coordinator

Title: Training Coordinator
Supervisor: Regional Training Manager

Summary of Position:

The Training Coordinator is tasked with supporting the training needs for the organization and its members. The role is responsible for the distribution of training materials, the coordination of training programs (whether developed internally or sourced externally) and the tracking of all training results. The Training Coordinator is also responsible for administrative tasks related to training technology and working with outside trainers.

Position Responsibilities:

Member Training:
• Coordinate administrative support tasks for IAAI training classes
• Contacts course registrants regarding unpaid registrations
• Prepare email communications to members regarding training courses
• Processes payments for certification applications
• Utilize database platform to upload training materials and program testing
• Upload training materials to an online platform
• Maintains library of training materials (online and paper)

• Field inquiries from members regarding training
• Responds to member communication regarding customer service issues
• Prepares and sends blast emails to members regarding courses
• Communicates and coordinates logistics with class hosts and venue if needed

• Schedule, maintain files and supply kits, and distribute certificates for certifications and practical exams.
• Management of instructor provided materials
• Prepare necessary shipments to class hosts
• Enter class tests to online platform
• Distribution of testing PINs
• Manage class surveys (online or paper)
• Ensure expenditures and receipts are gathered for financial reporting
• Ability to travel as needed to training classes

• Associates and/or bachelor’s degree required


• Minimum two years administrative experience in a training organization or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Background in education, training or related field

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in the following software programs are necessary for this role:
• Database systems
• Outlook
• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Adobe Acrobat
• Dropbox
