The following proposals for change to the IAAI-CFI committee have been received. They are being published to provide the opportunity for public comments on the proposals. Use the comment form found on the web to make any submittals. The deadline for comments is April 21, 2008.
Please send them electronically to Sue.Bowser@firearson.com. Comments will be reviewed by the committee and recommendations on each proposal made to the Board of Directors at their next meeting.

The IAAI-CFI Policies and Procedures Manual is now in the time of its cycle where public proposals are being solicited. The deadline for submitting these proposals is January 1, 2008. The committee’s actions on the public proposals will be published in the April 2008 issue of the Fire and Arson Investigator. The public will then have the opportunity to comment on the committee’s actions. This comment period will last for approximately 60 days and the committee will again act on each of the comments. The Board of Directors will take the final actions on the recommendations at the 2008 Annual General Meeting.
The proposal and comment form is scheduled to be published in the April, 2007 edition of the Fire & Arson Investigator.
